Franchise Fees & Investment

The total investment necessary to begin operation of an Always Best Care Senior Services franchise ranges from $74,725 to $125,400. This includes the base franchise fee and estimated costs of travel and other expenses while training, three month’s rent, furniture and fixtures, signage, office equipment, insurance, opening inventory, local advertising, computer equipment, licenses, professional fees and miscellaneous costs.

Your Franchise Development Specialist will explain these costs in detail, and they also may be found in the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD).

The base franchise fee is $49,900 (included in the total investment shown above). The franchise fee includes your initial supply of brochures, stationery, business cards, forms, checklists, contracts, polo-style shirts and a website that will be created for you according to our specifications.
