As a Vice President for Fidelity Investments, Patty managed Client Services, Operations and Program Management teams. She is a proven leader who enjoys cultivating successful teams, achieving high levels of client satisfaction and improving operational performance.

Patty will be working with potential and current franchise owners to develop their businesses providing high quality care to the seniors, allowing them independent and dignified lifestyles. Patty serves her local community through her church and PORCH.nc.org, as well as other organizations. She lives in Chapel Hill, North Carolina with her husband Steve and her two sons, Colin and Camden.
