Will Ortale is the Always Best Care Senior Services Area Representative for Tennessee, Kentucky, Evansville, Indiana and Huntsville, Alabama. Centrally based in Nashville, Tennessee, he is the representative in these areas to assist in the recruitment and signing of high-quality franchise owners. Will also provides the local support and market knowledge to ensure that his franchisees get their businesses ramped-up quickly and are successful for many years, and even decades, to come.Born and raised in Nashville, TN, Will has started and grown two businesses prior to acquiring his Always Best Care territory. Will’s first venture was a lawn care business and later expanded by adding a car detailing operation. Later, he built and managed a workers’ compensation insurance and financial services brokerage business. Will built a portfolio of companies with total sales representing approximately $30 Million. Working with CEOs and CFOs of small companies throughout the southeast, Will brought prospective clients through the sales process, program onset stage and provided ongoing support to his clients, similar to the role he plays as an Area Representative for Always Best Care.

Today, Will is committed to building a world class senior care team within his multi-state territory. He draws on the sales, marketing, business building, training and client support experiences he has accumulated during his career to ensure that he and his franchise owners continue to grow a successful Always Best Care business together and achieve their personal and financial goals.
