Nate Rhodes

Area Representative

Nate Rhodes is the Area Representative for the Carolina Foothills Region. Nate brings over 30 years of experience in both corporate and small business environments and a full complement of skills required to help their franchisees maximize their potential.

Nate studied Computer Science at the University of South Carolina, and had a successful career at many impressive organizations, including NCR, Unisys, Oracle, Openwave, and Corda (now Domo). Nate’s experience includes software development, technical and marketing support, business operations, partner management and sales. He lived and worked in Asia, Latin America, Europe, Silicon Valley, and Columbia, SC.

Since leaving the corporate track in 2009, Nate became an Always Best Care franchisee and built a successful agency in Columbia, SC. Together with his wife Charlene, the team grew quickly to reach over 65 clients and over 80 employees. Always Best Care of the Midlands is A+ certified with the Better Business Bureau, and enjoys a sterling reputation for quality service and compassionate care for its clients in the Midlands of South Carolina.

In September 2015, Nate handed the reins for the agency to Charlene to manage when he became the Area Representative for Always Best Care – Carolina Foothills. The area covers western North and South Carolina and includes Asheville, Charlotte, Rock Hill, Greenville, Anderson, and Columbia. Nate’s hands-on experience as an Always Best Care franchisee allows his to provide coaching and advice to his agency operators that is based on his experiences as an agency operator. Nate is committed to the success of his agency owners, and spends his time assisting and promoting best practices for agency management.
