Ruben has had over two decades of experience coaching, mentoring, training, and helping others meet their business goals. His background includes marketing, finance and extensive operations experience including helping others leverage process efficiencies to work smarter and facilitating the sharing of knowledge in order to achieve more. Ruben has both graduate and undergraduate degrees in Finance and Marketing. Additionally, he is a Lean, Six-Sigma Black Belt, a Project Management Professional (PMP). Ruben’s experience spans both U.S. domestic and International venues. Since joining Always Best Care Ruben has become an Authorized and Licensed Provider of the American Red Cross Family Caregiving Program, a Certified Wellness Specialist, and achieved essentiALZ certification from the Alzheimer’s Association. He currently Coaches, Mentors and Supports three dynamic Franchise Owners in Louisiana.
